As you journey towards your special day, we at Summerside Presbyterian Church are here to assist you with your plans and have provided the following guidelines:

  • Contact the church office as soon as you have decided on a date to confirm that the Minister and/or the church are available for that date.
  • Your Marriage License must be obtained through Access PEI. Their phone number is 888-8000. To obtain a license you will both need your birth certificate and your social insurance number. If you have been married before, you will need an original certificate of divorce with seal or death certificate, whichever applies. You will need to confirm the date and place of your marriage and the name of the person officiating. Please note that the license is only valid for three months from the date of issue.
